Free challenge
Your first automation, in five days
One letter a day, 15 to 20 minutes of work. By the fifth you have one thing that runs without you, and you know what you keep for yourself even when a machine could do it.
One letter a day for five days, two more after, then One Decision every other week. Unsubscribe in one click.
The five days
Day 1
The map
Write down what you do every week, and sort it into three lists: automate, automate with your approval, keep. Pick one.
Day 2
Five steps
Describe the task so a stranger could do it: what starts it, what it needs, what comes out, and where you decide.
Day 3
Build it
Two routes with your assistant: a weekly watch or a recurring text. For the more advanced, an optional third: reply drafts to enquiries with Make or Zapier. Prompts included.
Day 4
The approval point
Run it on five real cases, keep a short log of what it got wrong, and fix the instruction rather than the output.
Day 5
Was it worth it?
What it saves, what it costs, what the time is for, and the three decisions that stay with you whatever you automate.
Who it is for
Solo business owners and small teams who already use an AI assistant now and then, but have not handed it anything regular yet. No technical background needed.
If you are a developer, or planning a company-wide rollout, this will be too basic for you.
What you need
An AI assistant you already use: ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. All three can now run a task on a schedule. Only for the optional, more advanced route on day three: a free Make or Zapier account.
What you will not get
No video, no live session, no certificate. Five letters, five tasks, and at the end something that works.
Why from me
I have been building digital products for more than a decade, and in my own business I hand to machines what is worth handing over and decide just as deliberately what I keep. Every day of the challenge has a box called "what not to do". That is the part an assistant will not tell you, because it says yes to everything.
