Who is it for?
Bigger work needs a team because the work itself is big: it runs on data platforms, or it is a complex enterprise system, often international and built for multinational companies. Several roles work together on a programme like that, and I take one slice of it.
I'm most useful where there is still a gap between the business need and the system to be built, and someone has to find out exactly what is worth building, and in what order.
What do I take on in a programme?
The size of the slice varies. What it is made of is usually this:
- Clarifying the business need and defining the scope
- Mapping the client's needs and pain points, and working out proposed solutions
- Designing and building a minimum viable and lovable product
- Validating and testing before building more
- Scaling and building on, while channelling in new client needs
- UX/UI, user research and AI-assisted building, where the programme calls for it
How does it run?
I work as part of your team, or carry one part through on my own, whichever serves the programme better.

I'm given the scope, or if it isn't clear yet, I find it.
Tools and process
I work in your tools and your process, and bring my own where that helps. If the process itself needs work, we improve that too.
Rhythm
On days or periods agreed up front. I leave to the machine what a machine can do, so people keep the thinking and the creative work.

What isn't it?
So there is no misunderstanding:
- Not a package: it has no fixed price or fixed scope, unlike the four packages
- Not a team of several people: I'm one person, taking one slice
- Not a replacement for the packages: each of those can still be commissioned on its own
And the four packages?
Product Clarity Day, AI Clarity Day, Product Audit and Build are the same knowledge in fixed-scope, fixed-price form, and each can be commissioned on its own. I can take a slice of a large programme because I can also do each of these alone, from start to finish.
