The primary Data Controller for this website and its software products is DRLX LTD. Data may be shared with David Rozsa (Austrian Entity) solely for the purpose of fulfilling professional service requests or contract execution.
Data Infrastructure by Platform
We use different infrastructures depending on the platform to ensure the highest level of security and user experience:
- Apple Ecosystem (iOS, macOS, iPadOS, watchOS): For our native Apple applications, we exclusively use Apple’s CloudKit for data storage. Your data is stored in your private iCloud database, encrypted by Apple, and is inaccessible to DRLX LTD.
- Web Applications & Services: Our web-based products are deployed via Vercel and utilize Supabase and Railway for database management and backend operations.
- AI Integration: Certain features of our platform utilize API services provided by third-party technology partners, such as Google Cloud Vertex AI, OpenAI, and Anthropic. Data processing is subject to the respective providers' own privacy policies and enterprise/API terms of service. According to the public commitments of these providers, data submitted through their developer interfaces (APIs) is not used to train their artificial intelligence models. Please note that DRLX LTD. has no direct control over the internal data management processes of these third-party providers; therefore, their own terms and conditions govern the further use and protection of such data.
