Notes from the path
Not articles. Notes from my own work and life: what I built, what I handed to the machines, the rhythm I keep, the experiments I ran and what came of them. Including the ones that failed.
Why notes and not a blog?
You can get an article on anything in minutes now, and most of what gets published is exactly that. What I can add is what actually happened to me: a decision, an experiment, a tool that stayed or went. I write with AI too, in my own voice, and nothing goes out without me reading it. Every note sits in one of three areas.
Building: businesses, products, surfaces and systems, and the research behind them.
Tools: what I hand to AI and automation, and what I never do.
Rhythm: sleep, food, movement, meditation and time with my family. It is where my energy comes from, and without it nothing else works.
One Decision
Every other week, one real decision from my own work. What I built, what I left out, what I handed to a machine and what I deliberately kept. With the reasoning, and what it cost when I got it wrong.
Not a newsletter. One decision at a time, close enough to your own work to be useful. Whether you are building a product or looking for a way to work that doesn't wear you down.
